Customers at Thebes Casino can submit their withdrawal request at anytime. Your withdrawal will be take between 24 and 48 hours to be processed subject to all relevant documentation being received by our finance department and authorization from our fraud department. Processing a withdrawal request needs authorization from our fraud division. All withdrawal transactions are processed in US Dollars. The time it may take to receive your funds into your preferred payout account may vary. You will be contacted by the finance team soon after you make a withdrawal request.

If you are using an alternative withdrawal method such as "NETELLER" , "EcoCard" , "UseMyWallet" or "EwalletXpress" please provide us with a valid account number so we could transfer the funds back to your accounts.

Fraud Verification Process

Max withdrawal :

A player is only allowed to withdraw up to $2,500 per week. (Defined by the currency of play.) If the amount wished to be withdrawn is greater than $2,500, then the remaining amount will be put back into the player's account, thus allowing the player to withdraw additional funds the following week respectively. For example: If a Player should choose to withdraw $5,000 this week, $2,500 will be withdrawn this this while the rest will be put back into the casino account. Next week, The Player will be able to withdraw an additional $2,500 should he choose to do so. This also applies to the withdrawals of progressive jackpots. Withdrawals depend on all conditions outlined above and the verification of all required documents as requested.
